Since our products are digital downloads, they cannot be returned.

Other services are not included for free and may require additional charges. These paid services may include:

If you need help installing, setting up, customizing, or launching your purchased product, DreamDeploy can assist you as a separate paid service. Pricing depends on the type of work, complexity, time required, and project requirements.

Product Compatibility

Some products may require specific versions of PHP, WordPress, MySQL, hosting features, plugins, browsers, or server settings.

It is your responsibility to check product requirements before purchase. DreamDeploy is not responsible if a product does not work due to unsupported hosting, outdated software, incorrect installation, third-party conflicts, or missing server requirements.

 

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us. We may review the situation and, at our discretion, offer store credit or product replacement. However, refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to our no-refund policy.

 

Unauthorized Sharing

Products purchased from DreamDeploy are for personal or business use according to the license terms provided with the product.
